About the Opportunity
GO.FARM is currently seeking an Investment Analyst with strong financial modelling and communication skills to join their team. Reporting to the Investment Manager, this critical role will see you contribute to the delivery of financial modelling and investment analysis for transactions and portfolio strategy within the agricultural property market.

About the Opportunity
GO.FARM is currently seeking an Investment Analyst with strong financial modelling and communication skills to join their team. Reporting to the Investment Manager, this critical role will see you contribute to the delivery of financial modelling and investment analysis for transactions and portfolio strategy within the agricultural property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modelling for new acquisitions and divestments;
- Identify and assess commercial and financial risks and return expectations;
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate various investment outcomes;
- Assist in developing models and preparing reports for existing portfolios;
- Evaluate returns and reporting for existing investments;
- Stay abreast of industry trends to identify key opportunities, themes and strategies; AND
- Collaborate with the wider Investment team as well as other internal and external stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
- Commerce, Finance or Agriculture degree qualified;
- Strong intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning;
- Demonstrated financial modelling skills (including scenario & sensitivity analysis, IRR and DCF modelling);
- Advanced data and quantitative skills, including advanced Excel skills, is a must;
- Sound knowledge of the agricultural industry;
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organisational skills; AND
- Remarkably effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
