INVESTMENT FUND MANAGER/CREDIT MANAGER
About the company
We are a mid-sized company, with our office based on the Gold Coast, that holds an AFSL and operates a mortgage fund.
We are seeking an experienced individual wanting to be part of a leading financial services company.
The suitable candidate will be a professionally presented and well-spoken individual who is naturally motivated, ambitious and has strong communication skills.
To be considered for this role, you'll be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Funds Management, Accounting, Property and AFSL background
- Investment analysis
- Responsible for oversight and performance reporting of all investors accounts
- Informed financial recommendations and decisions
- Assessing and interpreting complicated financial information
- Undertaking compliance reporting and policy updates
- Planning, co-ordination and implementation of all processes to deliver portfolio and fund reporting
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in adherence to strict timeframes and deadlines
- Strong Operational background and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and influence and persuasion skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
- Advanced Excel skills
- Support to Director
