As the Manager in the Investment team, get in on all the action for some of the major clients within the agency.
- Negotiating campaigns and partner selections
- Checking preliminary and final post-buy deliveries
- Tracking campaign performance and ensuring campaign objectives are being met
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships - identifying new and non-traditional partnerships opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director to manage the Partnerships team - evaluating performance, managing growth and supporting skill-development.
Your skillset:
- A solid understanding of media agency planning and buying experience
- Proven leadership ability and/or prior experience in supervising a team preferred
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Australian media marketplace including the role of each media, understanding key media companies and their ability to deliver on campaign requirements
- Developing leadership of the implementation planning process for clients, including planning responsibilities through to optimisations, invoicing and final post delivery
- Advanced user across all core investment media systems and planning tools
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
