Our small national business whos' head office is located in Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne is
seeking a super bookkeeper with a touch of Accounting and Customer Service, team member for
full time position to compliment our business team.
THE ROLE/POSITION
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Administration
• Bookkeeping
• Data entry into QuickBooks
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Liaising and consulting with team members
• Assisting Inventory position
• Processing payroll
• Preparation, Submission & Payment of Monthly and / or Quarterly BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax &
Superannuation Liabilities
• On spot decision thinking
• Record Keeping & Document Control
• Filing
• Answering the phone
SKILLS TO HAVE
We are seeking a true Bookkeeper. The following personality traits and attributes; • Excellent

• MUST HAVE Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence
The successful candidate will be provided with on the job training and support beginning as
consultant to under the background of the office and gain understanding with transition to head
office.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:30-17:30 Immediate Start Available
