Our Wrap Investment Product Management team sit within the Wealth Product and Technology business of our Banking and Financial Services Division. We are responsible for several functions that cross various Wrap Products and support the suite of investments for Macquarie Wrap and interact with fund managers and listed equity investments across all administration functions.

What role will you play?
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will lead and manage the workload prioritisation for the Investment Management Product Team. You will review and execute asset onboarding requirements in line with relevant internal policies, ensuring the review, monitoring and reporting of Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) are implemented (as they relate to funds available on Macquarie Wrap).
You will also support the team in completing investment management tasks including asset onboarding and ongoing governance, technology requests, corporate actions, publishing of investment menus, responding to queries and updating investment manager details across various internal systems, and continuous improvement of the business line including strengthening risk management practices, driving automation and process efficiencies across the portfolio.
What you offer
- 7+ years experience in financial services (preferably in asset/investment management)
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or relevant fields
- Knowledge of how platforms work with extensive experience working with fund managers (to onboard and manage assets on a platform) and understand administration functions across all investment asset classes
- Strong attention to detail, prioritisation and problem-solving skills and a strong risk management mindset
- Experience in working in an Agile environment would be beneficial.
