As an Investment Officer you will be responsible for providing a high level of client service and administration services to members, advisers, trustees and various stakeholders. Your responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting on various activities including share & managed fund transactions
- Assisting the Investments Specialist in quality checking
- Liaising with stockbrokers regarding cash & trade settlements
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Processing investment switches, share trades and managed fund transactions
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates some of, if not all, of the following qualities and experience:
- Experience in Financial Services and knowledge of the ASX
- Strong reporting & reconciliation skills
- Ability to plan and organise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Degree in relevant field is highly regarded
