About the ClientOur client, an established and leading development firm with a diverse portfolio of assets is looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to be based in Brisbane and will work closely with Investors.
Scope of the role but not limited to;
You have to oversee the development and execution of Investor Relations activities to facilitate communication and liaison with the investment community and the market. Proactively engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, senior management, investors, analysts, and fund managers. Responsible for facilitating communications and liaison with the unitholders and responding to press and media queries. Organize and participate in briefings, analyst meetings, and investor conferences. Oversee the drafting of quarterly announcements, annual reports, corporate communication collaterals, press releases, and presentation slides. Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation. You have to develop &monitor performance metrics for the Investor Relations function. Manage the Investor Relations portion of the company website. Represent the views of the investor community to the management team in developing corporate strategies. Ensure compliance with the disclosure and reporting requirements under the Listing Manual and the law. This role requires: At least holding at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent Possess prior experience of relevant Investor Relations experience. You need to be strong in research, analysis and writing Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines. A team player while able to work independently.
