This role is responsible for all the administration involved with processing superannuation and investment transactions, account creation and maintenance. It demands high quality administration and a detailed knowledge of investment and superannuation administration processes.
Your new role
You’ll need to be motivated to succeed; this is a high-performing team with definitive kpi’s to hit. You’ll like to provide exceptional customer support. You’ll work through the administration necessary to activate superannuation and investment products. You’ll need a sound knowledge of financial services within the super and investment space. You’ll need excellent communication skills, both written and in your telephone manner. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and can confidently process forms and evaluate documents against a procedure.
