We're looking for a Full Time ICT Support Technician… About Rehab Hire? About the role: As an experienced ICT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role as part of the Technology Services division in delivering first class service & support to Rehab Hire’s end users during day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be to own and manage all internal Rehab Hire ICT Helpdesk tickets, escalating to our managed services provider when appropriate. You will be confident in managing a basic password reset through to configuring and deploying a fleet of mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and understand the need for quality service. Duties: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software and networks. Monitoring software and hardware systems and identifying problems. Reporting on industry trends and advancements in software, hardware and networks. Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures. Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. Responding to inquiries about software and hardware issues. Providing technical support and assistance to end-users. Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements. Monitoring and optimising use of systems and equipment, IT systems and processes. Training employees on software updates, IT systems and best practices. Performing maintenance work where required on IT equipment. Qualifications: Applicant must have one of the following: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma; OR Three (3) years of relevant experience. Skills Motivation to take ownership of the position. Superior written and verbal communication skills. End-user focused approach. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Keen to learn and work in a productive team environment. Willing to follow directions and able to complete tasks with great attention to detail. Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite. Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for analysis of data highly desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including M365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform and related technologies desirable. Familiarity with M365 licencing and the Microsoft Intune Admin Centre desirable. Experience in implementation/configuration of Zebra hardware in warehouses desirable.
