Plan Management Specialists (established in 2019) is a NDIS Plan Management provider based on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The overarching function of Plan Management is to assist and support National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants to manage their NDIS plan funding. We manage a participant's NDIS claims and disburse funds to providers for services delivered.
Qualifications & experience
- A knowledge of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (Price Guide).
- Experience in Plan Management or NDIS environment (eg Support Coordination).
- A high level of attention to detail.
- General computer literacy including using computerised systems and an intermediate skill level in Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks while working collaboratively within a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Onboard and claim allocated provider invoices and reimbursements, according to NDIS guidelines.
- Accurately process invoices according to established timeframes.
- Escalate queries or complex issues where necessary within the team.
- Notify clients and providers of any issues where necessary.
- Help maintain system data integrity within MYP and NDIS systems.
- Ad Hoc phone duties.
