Job DescriptionDue to our existing and planned growth, we seek to appoint a skilled and motivated
Invoicing Officer based in our Sydney Head Office.We are seeking a candidate with astute attention to detail when overseeing, managing and maintaining records.
What does the role look like?- Create and maintain billing contracts into software system.
- Process Contract Variations for your Portfolios to ensure invoice accurate contract billing and labour rosters.
- Interact with Site Managers and clients as required to clarify requirements and changes.
- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- Ensure invoices are accurate and that clients have raised Purchase Orders for timely payment.
- Respond to client queries via email and liaise with internal staff for response.
- Maintain client contact details and document invoice distribution methods.
- Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher required- major in accounting, finance or legal preferred.
- Medium to advanced MS Office software skills required- especially Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
- Previously exposure to ERP systems preferred but not essential.
- High attention to detail is required, with a methodical approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload as required.
- Be an active member of a team with positive communication skills.
