About the Role
The purpose of this role is to assist in ensuring accurate and timely management of Invoicing and receivables for the organisation.
- Daily import of Orders
- Data checking and validation
- Creating and sending invoices
- Creating and processing credit notes
- Taking payments over the phone
- Process EFT and Credit card refunds
- Managing prepayment training credits and allocations
- Resolving Customer account queries by phone and email
- Month end GL reconciliations
- Assist with system integration testing if needed
- May be required to start early and/or work late during the month-end process
Qualifications & Training, experience and knowledge required
- Experience in accounts receivables with thorough knowledge of full Accounts Receivable and invoicing functions
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to set timelines to ensure accurate and on-time task output
- Mature and responsible outlook, capable of taking ownership of tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers
- Experience in a service based environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to details with can do attitude
- Previous experience with NetSuite or similar system is desirable but not essential
