The Company
We are a small family business, all of our employees and contractors have worked From Home for many years.
We have 2 divisions, one specializes in the prosecution and defense of unfair dismissal claims in the Fair Work Commission (FWC), and the other assists businesses with all aspects of EBA works and general IR strategy.
We have been established for over 10 years and we have built a first class reputation in our field.
The Role
Your will assist our commercial clients with IR related matters and manage the drafting and approval of EBA's from start to finish.
The role would be perfect for someone who already operates their own IR consultancy business and is looking for some extra work.
The Ideal Candidate
You have a detailed understanding of industrial relations and the operation of Fair Work Act 2009 (cth) and have bargained, facilitated and produced EBA's.
Ideally you to live in Melbourne and there will be a requirement to attend some initial training sessions in Melbourne.
The Package
We are offering a contracted hourly rate of $100 - $140 per hour depending on experience.
