About the role
New opportunity waits for an experienced Rope Access Level 3 IRATA Instructor/Technician to facilitate, assess, and develop training products for the Altrad Skills Training Department and its clients based in Kwinana on a casual basis.
Reporting to the Training Manager, the successful candidate will provide on-site vocational and training support for shutdowns, emerging work and proficiency coaching while consulting with Altrad Management, clients and Industry bodies on training and assessment matters. Your day to day duties include:
- Deliver tailored training and assessment services according to the Altrad Training Centre's schedule.
- Spearhead the development of innovative units and courses.
- Conduct thorough industry consultations to validate units effectively.
- Provide comprehensive support during compliance audits, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Facilitate validation and contextualization sessions to enhance training delivery.
- Execute various compliance-related responsibilities associated with training and assessment.
- Keep stakeholders informed about emerging training requirements.
- Offer on-site coaching and support as needed to maximize learning outcomes.
- Inspection and Maintenance of training facility, tools, and equipment
- Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skill, or experience.
