Join our team as an Irrigation Field Service Technician in Longford and play a pivotal role in our Branch.
As an Irrigation Service Technician, your days will vary. On any one day you could be welding poly pipelines, building a pump set, servicing an engine, changing sprinklers or diagnosing electrical faults, across rural Tasmanian locations.

Your Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance on agriculture and commercial pumping and irrigation systems.
- Trouble shooting and maintenance works on agriculture and commercial irrigation systems.
- Installing new irrigation systems for a variety of uses and applications.
- Commissioning (if required) of newly installed irrigation projects.
- Some travel will be required and is an integral part of the job.
About You
- Experience in irrigation repair and maintenance/installations, or allied trades where skills and experience are readily transferable.
- Effective communication, time management and organisation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
- Demonstrated safety first mindset and able to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers licence and a desire to develop a career within the Water Dynamics business.
