About the role
As part of the Trade Counter team in Ballarat, you’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.Your day-to-dayA typical day will involve:Providing customer service and information about products
Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
