AddressLocated in Gepps Coss we are currently seeking a highly experienced Accounts Payable /Admin Officer. This is a Casual ongoing role 15-38hrs/ week, Flexible Days.
To be successful in this role you will need the following
- Two years experience in an accounts payable/receivable role
- Clear and concise written and oral skills
- Great interpersonal skills to help form relationships with both internal and external stake holders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- A team player
- Excellent phone etiquette
This end to end role encompasses all aspects of accounts payable as well as full admin support including reception .
- Reconciling vendor accounts
- Processing account journals to the general ledger
- Data Entry
- Reconciliation of general ledger clearing accounts
- Contacting vendors and arranging payment of money owed to them
- Processing of credit and debit claims
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Resolving issues within the payable ledger as they arise
- Data entry of vendor invoices
