This position is for individuals who have expertise in almond farming and can contribute to the growth of horticultural excellence.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead sustainable irrigation initiatives, translating data into actionable insights for yield enhancement.
• Supervise and inspire a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of productivity.
• Navigate the challenges of rural work environments with creativity and a responsive approach to change.
