The Opportunity

Botanic Horticulture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team in Melbourne.  

Your responsibilities within this role will include;

• Preventative maintenance on residential irrigation systems
• Trouble shooting and maintenance works 
• Installing new irrigation systems 
• Ability to adapt, troubleshoot and problem solve on the job
• Accurate reporting and record keeping for invoicing and accounting purposes
• Some local travel will be required and is an integral part of the job.  Vehicle provided.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess;

• Experience & strong working knowledge of irrigation systems
• Strong communication skills 
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare clear and accurate reports
• Safety focussed with very strong knowledge, understanding of, and commitment to WH&S procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's licence
• MUST have work rights in Australia 
• Experience & strong working knowledge of the turf/lawn maintenance and installation highly regarded
