With a mix of listed, PE, unlisted and institutional work your role will encompass significant public and private M&A, corporate, commercial and advisory, as well as complex contracts. You will transact and be involved directly in files and your drafting, interpersonal and legal skills will be honed.
The firm offers a reasonable approach to billable hours, a quality and supportive environment and the chance to have a life outside of law.
You must have 1-3 years of post admission experience in corporate law in a leading firm to apply, and this is not suited to grads.
