'- 8 years in the testing domain with team management skills.
- Must have Payments domain knowledge and well aware of SWIFT and GPP products
- Ability to manage a offshore members and 56 secondary teams during entire project life cycle
- Lead and manage the testing team for effective test planning, execution and Track the delivery against the project milestones Participate in resource forecast planning and ensure sufficient capacity is available for future pipeline projects.
- Familiar with test tools i.e. Jira, ALM Excellent understanding of the software testing life cycle Experience in reviewing requirement and design documents and determine the scope for testing.
- Self-motivated, able to work off own initiative or as part of a team when required. Exposure with test automation framework.
Looking for an experienced Test lead having Payments domain and GPP Product knowledge. Able to handle the team effectively. Should have worked in Westpac and have experience of end to end payment flows.Should be aware of MT/MX messages and Swift Payments processing. ISO experience is must.
