Join our team as an IT Asset Management Specialist,
Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with management to analyse and track asset data using asset management tools.
• Developing and managing asset control processes.
• Handling asset reconciliation, disposal, and lifecycle management.
• Assisting in inventory management, procurement, and shipping activities.
• Ensuring IT assets are productive and cost-efficient, monitoring software license compliance.
• Collaborating with different departments for effective service delivery and communication.
• Ensuring IT asset audit compliance and guiding associates in asset management activities.
• Identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency of IT hardware assets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT asset management or a related support role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Customer-oriented, cool-tempered, with strong problem analysis and solving skills.
