About the position
Wests Cardiff is currently seeking a casual Chef or experienced Cook to join the team. Our catering teamwork across our Bistro operations and T-Bones Restaurant. The T-Bones menu is packed with spicy South American choices, including ribs, steaks, chicken and Mexican inspired dishes. Our Bistro menu has all our club favourites with weekly specials that give you variety. Key responsibilities include:
This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.
About you
We are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for food and good service. You pride yourself on presentation & consistency. Experience in fast paced kitchen, strong cooking skills with trade qualifications, will be highly desirable. You will be available to work nights, weekends and be flexible to assist with all catering operations across the site.
