About the Role

Join our growing IT team in this newly created IT Business Partner opportunity. This role will have a primary focus on our Ingenia Holidays Portfolio, partnering with key stakeholders in our tourism business. You will play a key role in discerning business needs to identify appropriate technology solutions, and collaborate closely with the broader technology team to deliver effective and innovative IT solutions for Ingenia Communities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, serving as a liaison between business units and the IT department.
  • Collaborate with the CITO to devise and implement IT strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicating IT initiatives and updates effectively.
  • Gather and document technology requirements, translating business needs into actionable plans for the IT team, and driving process efficiency supported by technology change.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in an IT Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to discern and align technology solutions with business imperatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise focused on delivering tangible value and outcomes.
