About the role
Reporting to the Service Owner for Service Management in the Platforms practice, you will be part of a team that has responsibility for ensuring that all IT systems and services used within our Production and DR environments are managed in accordance with IT Change Management process.
The role is responsible for enforcing the IT Change Management process to minimize the adverse impact of changes to these systems by ensuring all changes meet the documented criteria prior to being implemented into these environments.

As an IT Change Manager you’ll get to…
- Ensure changes are compliant with all aspects of the IT Production Change Management Process.
- Assist with the review of failed change or changes implemented that have caused post change issues.
- Assist with preparation of reporting for Senior Leadership, Business Units, and the Change Advisory Board.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing information requested in a timely manner, responding to queries, and adopting recommendations within prescribed timescales.
- Identify process improvements and making recommendations to the Service Manager to support greater change velocity while safeguarding systems availability and stability.
About you
You will have IT Change Management or IT Service Management experience and ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
You’ll have:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Change Management ITIL practices.
- Excellent analysis, facilitation, and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively and independently with a range of people including managers, technical and non-technical staff, subject matter experts and external vendors to meet IT Change Management objectives.
- Proven ability to enforce quality and standards.
- Proven risk mitigation skills.
