Develop, lead and deliver change management plans, leveraging organisation's framework, methodology and principles to deliver effective change interventions, which set the organization and Program/Project up for success, and that are aligned with the company culture.
* Develop and maintain a broad range of relationships to influence within the value chain with their team and at peer level, and positively influence stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with training, communications and human factors colleagues to ensure that our people are fully aware and equipped to transition to the new way of working with minimal disruption and a reasonable degree of comfort.
* Maintain an effective working relationship with the Program team to ensure that there is coordination of change activities in support of the Program's objectives.
* Work closely with the Business Change Manager and business as usual teams to effectively embed change and to ensure the change is sustained and benefits are realised.
* Act as a facilitator and/or coach for problem solving and resolving issues.
* Actively promote and drive change using broad influencing skills to overcome barriers and gain support.
* Actively support and contribute to the broader organisation's Community of Practice
