We currently have an opportunity for an accomplished change manager with previous experience in delivering infrastructure change projects within the healthcare sector.
Seeking a self-motivated leader who brings a background in successfully leading and influencing diverse teams in large, complex environments combined with a strategic, big picture approach.
To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in supporting large-scale infrastructure change projects. Healthcare experience is highly desirable
Experience in facilitating the development and implementation of an effective change management strategy, plans, impact/readiness assessments and overall governance
Applying change management methodologies to support change activities throughout the project lifecycle
Experience in influencing and leading large teams through significant change in the development and optimisation of digital healthcare systems
Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and leaders
Strong documentation skills including the development of change management tools and frameworks
Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate change management
Strong track record in managing and mitigating project risks, ensuring project deadlines are met
