As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and analyse change requirements, assess the impact of change on stakeholders, and develop and implement change management strategies to support successful adoption of change. You will be responsible for assessing organisational readiness for change, creating communication plans, and managing stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and processes to support successful adoption of change initiatives
- Assess organisational readiness for change and develop plans to address potential risks and issues
- Delivery of Change Impact Analysis
- Analyse the impact of change on stakeholders and develop plans to address concerns and issues
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support change adoption
- Create communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify change requirements and ensure that changes are implemented efficiently and effectively
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and develop plans for continuous improvement
- Provide coaching and support to project teams to ensure that change management best practices are followed
- Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and engagement throughout the change process
- Proven track record of successfully delivering change initiatives in complex environments
- Project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) are desirable
