As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer specializing in Active Directory to join us on a freelance basis. Responsibilities:

  Active Directory Setup and Configuration: Design, implement, and manage Active Directory infrastructures to meet the organization's user and group management needs.
• Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Network Infrastructure Management: Work on the broader network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and enhance overall network performance.
• Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security measures aligned with best practices to safeguard the company's data and infrastructure.
• Collaboration and Communication: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide IT solutions that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Active Directory environments.
• Strong proficiency in server administration, particularly with Windows Server.
• Knowledge of networking principles and experience in troubleshooting network issues.
• Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
