Essential Criteria
Advisor- Change and Communications Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in organisational change management program design and implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively persuade and influence at all levels.
• An ability to quickly understand technical information and translate it into plain English, suitable for your audience.
• Experience leading end-to-end organisational change initiatives including strategy, planning, implementation and analysing and measuring adoption.
• Experience working in complex and dynamic environments.
• A client service focus with the ability to influence and drive initiatives at both an operational and executive level.
• Sound judgment and an ability to work under pressure.
• Be able to work as part of a small team, as well as across various project teams.
Desirable:
• Change Management Professional and Project/Program Management certification desirable but not mandatory.
