SOCIAL WORKER/CASE MANAGER/CASE WORKER

THE POSITION:

Stream Healthcare is recruiting Social Workers for roles across Darwin and Regional NT!! We are looking for qualified Social Workers, who have experience working with a wide range of clients. Working closely with the community and families as a whole, you will be contributing to positive outcomes for clients with a range of different presentations. You will be working for a wonderful organisation, providing care to clients and their families within the community. 

We have vacancies available for experienced Social Workers and New Graduate Social Workers. Remuneration starts at $66,000 up to $110,000 + Superannuation + other benefits.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Fully qualified Social Worker, with AASW Registration
• Experience working in a mental health setting 
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, Drivers License and  WWCC.
