Reporting through to the Head of Projects you will be responsible for driving innovation and leading impactful technical projects:
- Lead the charge in detailed requirement gathering, ensuring a strong foundation for the success of tech projects.
- Plan, track, and report on project progress, maintaining a bird's-eye view to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and technical teams, creating a vibrant and synergistic environment that fosters innovation and camaraderie.
- Dive into scheduled out-of-hours implementations, data migrations, and custom reporting, showcasing your adaptability and technical prowess.
- Liaise closely with various teams within the organization and tech partners, creating a dynamic melting pot of ideas and expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about delivering impactful IT projects and be able to:
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of cutting-edge applications, offering expert guidance on requirements, design reviews, and comprehensive testing to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Empower users with tailored training and support for new and upgraded applications, developing engaging training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and addressing inquiries to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, showcasing exceptional planning, resource management, and problem-solving skills.
- Spearhead technical projects across diverse streams, uniting teams through coaching, guidance, training, and performance standards to achieve business objectives.
- Have solid knowledge of cloud architectures working with Axure, AWS, PaaS and SaaS products. Proven track record working as a Developer or Architect an advantage but not essential.
