Portfolio Delivery Manager - Salesforce/ Erp/It

As a Portfolio Delivery Manager in our Corporate Systems team at TechnologyOne, you'll deliver cross-functional projects and system improvement roadmaps, focused on ensuring a compelling customer experience, to provide a world-class, dynamic and future-focused IT and physical environment for our people in each office.

In this permanent full time role, your primary focus of this position for the next 12 months is to deliver our Quote to Cash (QTC) implementation project. You will then focus on cross functional projects across our global business.

You'll leverage your background in implementing large scale systems that transform businesses with a key focus on stakeholder management across all levels.

What you'll be doing...

• Driving the successful delivery of projects to time, scope, resource and budget, ensuring appropriate security, privacy, performance, stability and usability, and managing stakeholders and project team
• Engaging and building relationship with key internal stakeholders at all levels to communicate change and impact of all projects and change activities in a fast- changing environment
• Leading cross functional project team members to achieve project outcomes ensuring alignment to our culture and values
• Inspiring project team members to achieve through fostering and creating a 'Can Do Culture' that solves unforeseen problems using innovative thinking which results in ambitious goals being achieved
• Challenging project decisions consideration of overall value, balancing time, scope, budget constraints
• Championing project communications and facilitating workshops and information sessions to deliver a compelling customer experience
• Assessing project risk and impact, and developing suitable plans to manage
• Maintaining key project management artefacts and ensuring all projects tasks are systematically tracked and reported
• Driving vendor delivery in alignment with overall project requirements and vendor contract, ensuring maximised value

Your Talents...

• Proven success in the delivery and management of cross disciplinary, complex projects (e.g. ERP, Quote-to-Cash, Billing or Accounting systems, Salesforce) in a fast- changing environment
• Proven experience in driving and improving cross functional teams and vendors to meet project requirements and changes
• Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to effectively and maturely communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels
• The following skills will be highly regarded but are not mandatory:

• Experience in project implementation in a fast paced environment, organisation change management, people leadership, executive and stakeholder management
• Skills in stakeholder conflict management
• Experience in budget and business case preparation, and presenting to executive stakeholders and other steering committees
• Commercial, Accounting or revenue recognition knowledge
• Experience in use of Jira and Monday.com/Projects, in business project delivery
