This is a unique opportunity to work with Data#3 internal Sales and Services managers delivering contract IT recruitment for our customer project prospects and engagements. You will also support our internal talent attraction team and build Data#3 capability through permanent recruitment services.

About the Role:
- Due to one of our team taking parental leave, we are seeking an experienced recruiter for an initial six months to:
- Drive engagement and delivery of contract recruitment in collaboration with sales and services teams, to meet the needs of Data#3 customers
- Source and provide solutions to primarily Data#3’s Services business unit (and other units as required) to reduce recruitment costs
- Engage with the Data#3 business to understand the wants, needs and priorities across the contract recruitment requirements
- Negotiate new contract engagements and management of existing engagements with both Data#3 and candidates
- Prepare and ensure the timely delivery of sales forecasts and reports as required
- Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team and hiring managers to hire permanent employees for Data#3
- Create and develop innovative hiring strategies, programs and methods of engagement to attract skilled candidates needed across our business.
Why we want you:
You are an experienced recruiter with exposure and success recruiting IT professionals. You have proven skills in an account management or resource management role with exceptional skills in time management, prioritisation and building lasting relationships at all levels within an organisation.
Your other key attributes include:
- Initiative, a sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to duties and continuous improvement
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks ensuring a high level of attention to detail is maintained
- Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Demonstrated skills in developing high-level relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.
