Position Overview:
We're looking for a self-motivated Resource Management Rep (RMR) who will be responsible for the following:
- Workforce / Resource Management
- Analyze incoming technical issues, categorize them like a pro, and route them to the right Tech SME
- Work with tools & collaborate with teammates & managers to ensure seamless resolution of technical issues for our customers.
- Manage & distribute the team's workload & allow for case assignments to meet designated SLA's
- Monitor & transfer queues for new incidents & cases that need to be reassigned
- Schedule Tech resources on the workforce management portal
- Work closely with managers to build team schedules & ensure operational efficiency is maintained
- Min. 2+ years' experience working in a customer or tech environment.
- Must have previous scheduling or dispatching experience
- Clear communication & negotiation & project coordination skills - you'll be the bridge between customers & our Tech team!
- Knowledgeable with technical systems & environments - your passion for Tech is a must
- Unparelled organisation skills w/ the ability to multi-task & stay calm under pressure
- Relevant experience working w/ ITSM platforms, Automation systems or similar tools
- Experience leading a team or driving projects
- IT/Computer Science or Business-related degree or equivalent industry experience
