Job description:
- Analysing and documenting the software requirements for systems and platforms for IT Australia Consultants Pty Ltd's clients.
- Documenting process maps of how systems work and how the team/customers interact with software.
- Assisting with software integration.
- Assisting with scoping and scheduling of project deliverables.
- Assisting with the project management system testing including external testing management & user acceptance testing.
- Preparing test cases for the testing team.
- Assisting system users in a tech support role.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings, and to review.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Qualifications/Attributes:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a technology-related field, or 5 years of work experience in lieu of qualification.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting principles.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with specific operating systems and software applications.
Salary Range: $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
