You:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst who can work with limited supervision, providing system operational support ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and availability of IT resources and systems for the end users.
You will work with global IT teams and vendors to support the applications and IT infrastructure for the Australian business. The role will spend about 70% on support and coordination on the applications and 30% on the support and coordination on the infrastructure.
The key activities on the application side will be like:

• Business requirement definition;
• Requirement analysis & solution design;
• Solution Assessment and Validation;
• Coordinate with the vendor support team to fix the production issues

The key activities on the infrastructure side include:

• Coordinate with vendor to support the networking, end user devices, meeting devices and Core Infrastructure like windows, Linux, VMWare, etc.;
• IT contract negotiations with local vendors and management; 

Required Skills and Experience

• Familiar with Oracle Application (Ebiz/fusion) distribution and manufacturing modules;
• Knowledge on the Oracle fusion planning and Oracle finance cloud is a plus;
• Knowledges on Oracle SQL query;
• Customer focus & Communicates effectively;
• Proactive and open mind;
• Experience and knowledge in infrastructure like networking, windows, Linux, VMWare, ITIL processes will be a plus.
