JTIT, a 13-year-old company based in Springwood, is seeking a Level 1 Support Technician to join our team. As a Level 1 Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. You will work closely with other efficient staff members, providing them with the support they need to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and processes.
- Communicating with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborating with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Server, 365, Azure, and network technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- A willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
We are offering a competitive salary, paying between $60,000 to $80,000 depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
