This is a full-time role that plays a pivotal role within our IT team and would be suited to a confident individual that is passionate about providing results and building great customer relationships. The right candidate will be eager to learn, take joy in problem-solving and have the ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
The Opportunity:
- Full time & Permanent | Monday to Friday
- Liaising with internal and external customers ensuring high level of service
- Provide support with desktop/laptop hardware and printers
- Rebooting services and completing daily maintenance checks
- Managing priorities and negotiating deadlines across a constantly changing workload
What we are looking for:
- Ability to effectively liaise with internal & external customers for all IT queries, via telephone, email and in person while building great relationships and demonstrating a high attention to detail
- Excellent organisation & planning skills in managing a personal workload in a busy environment with conflicting demands
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Experience in a similar position is desirable
