Based in Capalaba, QLD we have a casual position available for an Undergraduate/graduate that is looking for flexible hours, 2 - 3 days per week and/or who is looking at gaining experience around their current study schedule.
The role includes:
- Service Desk support
- Installing and configuring new software and hardware
- Network support – trouble-shooting network issues remotely or at client sites involving switches, routers, servers, printers and desktops;
- Technical support logs – to be completed in detail after each client visit/remote support;
- Respond in a timely manner to support emails;
- High level of communication skills and self-motivation
- Work effectively as a team player
- Other duties as directed by the Technical Services Manager from time to time.
Essential:
- Candidate must have full rights to work in Australia to be considered for this role.
- Microsoft Technologies: candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Windows desktop operating system. (Installing and configuration)
