We are seeking Multiple IT Support Engineers - Level 2/3 resources to join our client's team on Permanent based in Adelaide who's a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions.

The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of Desktop hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals. They should also possess excellent Technical Support & problem-solving skills, the ability to work well under pressure and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of clients'.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Implement security measures to safeguard systems and data.
- Offer timely and effective solutions to end-users, fostering positive client relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Minimum of 03 years of relevant experience
- IT Qualification (Computer Science, Bachelor of IT, Computing or Engineering)
- A Current driver's license (essential)
- Windows Server infrastructure (2008-2022)
- Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Understanding concepts like VLANs, subnets, firewalls, and VPNs is valuable for resolving network-related issues.
- Active Directory and User Management
- Virtualization: VMware or Hyper-V
- Security Fundamentals: antivirus software, malware detection and removal, firewall
- configurations, data encryption, and basic security protocols to address security-related
- incidents.
- Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell
- Office 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, Admin Portal and Directory Sync)
- Working knowledge of Azure
- Industry certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Fortinet, VMware (essential)
