Tall Tree Early Learning Mullaloo is seeking a dedicatedFood Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, with hours from 7 am to 1 pm each day.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Providing nutritious, diverse and interesting food options for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
- To buy, plan, and cook nutritionally balanced meals that align with the Tall Tree food safety program and Nutrition Australia guidelines
- To review the centre menu based on seasonal foods, needs, and interests of children
- To calculate and maintain a weekly shopping budget
- To ensure complete familiarity with any special dietary needs of our children and ensure that these needs are met
- To prepare all meals for the centre, including but not limited to breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea
- To ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times
What You Will Bring:
- A bright, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Creativity and passion for creating menus that meet the needs of our children.
- Experience in a similar role (childcare experience not mandatory).
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- The ability to develop strong relationships with children and families.
- Relevant food handling certificates.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
