Key Skills & Responsibilities
- ITIL Foundation Service Management certification
- Oversee and manage Service Management and Service Delivery ITIL functions and processes (Event, Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, Availability, Knowledge, etc.).
- Coordinate the delivery of service provider reporting and governance forums, ensuring their effectiveness.
- Provide performance data to relevant business units for operational and executive reporting.
- Measure and manage Service Provider performance against SLAs as per contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to prioritize and resolve issues meeting business needs.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement to enhance service delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement activities.
- Excellent Analytical & Communications skills.
