The Position
We are searching for a experienced, professional and empathetic nurses who have a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry, both for our flagship club in Collingwood, and our newest club in South Yarra.
As a member of the Saint Haven team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assess, monitor and educate members on their treatment plans;
- Safely and effectively administer intravenous therapies;
- Maintain accurate medical records and sufficient documentation;
- Understanding member preferences and anticipating their needs;
- Researching, understanding and recommending treatment programs that Saint Haven offers;
- Willingness to support the Haven environment and team;
- Developing cohesive working relationships with your colleagues;
- Working through daily checklists to ensure all IV infusion areas are clean and looking to the standard expected; and
- Upholding the best health and safety practices.
- Refining operational procedures and processes as required.
- Delivering safe, effective and professional treatments.
- Staying up to date with the latest in health and wellbeing trends and Saint Haven offerings
To be successful in this role, we require someone with the following skills and characteristics
- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA;
- Experienced with IV infusions - minimum 18 months cannulation experience required;
- Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Passion for health, wellness and longevity;
- Adhering to healthcare protocols;
- Maintaining safe and clean working environment;
- Time management skills;
- You know what it takes to make someone feel special, and to curate experiences and anticipate needs;
- Have a willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest in health and wellbeing trends and Saint Haven offerings;
- You are people focused - you are genuine, honest and operate with integrity; and
- You are self-assured, patient, listen intently, speak clearly and eloquently, and are comfortable communicating at all levels.

Note: These role are a mix of casual, or permanent part-time with scope to become full-time. Applicants must be available to work both days on the weekend and cover leave in mornings and evenings where required. No night overnight shifts required.
