What are the hours?
- Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 8am and 8pm
- Shifts are 8.5 hours with 1 hour for lunch
- One wekeend day every 3rd or 4th week with a day off in lieu
What does the role involve?
- Servicing new and existing individual reservation requests from travel agents via phone and email
- Efficiently handle inbound, outbound telephone, webchat & email inquiries in both English and Japanese (circa 70% English / 30% Japanese)
- Using your exceptional product knowledge and Customer Service skills to provide a positive customer experience
- Supporting the global organisation by building strong relationships with thier travel advisor and guest community
- Becoming an expert in the use of reservations systems and salesforce
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre
- Fluent spoken and written Engligh and Japanese
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Previous experience within the travel sector would be beneficial
- $60,000 Base salary + super + huge holiday discounts
