We have multiple positions at various levels (Mid to Senior) available for Java Analysts/Developers to work as part of a team to develop and support cloud based (AWS) enterprise solutions, through Agile development methodologies and mature DevOps Processes. Positions are available for 24 months in the first instance.You will work in a cross functional team of approximately 10 technical and non-technical team members to design, document and implement technical solutions to meet user requirements including contributing to all technical aspects of the software development life cycle. This work includes implementing new projects and enhancements, as well as providing ongoing technical maintenance and support for the software the team is responsible for managing.Successful candidates will have experience developing Java enterprise web application using the following technologies:
- Spring including Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and related technologies such as hibernate
- React or Angular to implement rich user interfaces
- Reading and writing complex SQL queries and procedures
All software will be developed following internal quality processes and industry best practices for ensuring web application security.Experience building and supporting systems on AWS infrastructure would be viewed favourably.You will also have excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to others and work in a team environment under limited supervision.
