As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity awaits an experienced individual to join our Solitaire Family as a casual or part-time Client Advisor. Working across both locations, Fountain Gate Shopping Centre & Casey Central Shopping Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore the world of fine jewellery and high-end goods, whilst making meaningful connections along the way.

About this Role

This role allows you to learn and develop the skills required to work in a high-end luxury jewellery store. We are seeking an individual who is a passionate, driven customer service professional who loves delivering memorable client experiences. 

We are looking for someone to come along on this journey with us as we have big plans for the future. 

Full on-the-job training is provided.

Who You Are and What You Will Do

• You have experience in retail or customer service.
• You love being surrounded by beautiful Jewellery.
• You have previous experience working with high-end retail products.
• You must look the part with impeccable personal presentation
• You are a strong written and verbal communicator with exemplary follow-up and attention to detail.
• You have a desire to build a career in the luxury Jewellery industry.
• You can hit sales targets and thrive in a growing family business.
• You enjoy the process of assisting in the design and diamond selection process for our clients.
• You successfully build long lasting client relationships.
• You understand the privilege we have to be a part of our customers' most special moments
• You happily support various team members and work together cohesively
• You must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people from all walks of life
• You must be flexible to work retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, late-night trade and all holidays.
