Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & inspire a team to achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service
- Manage all day-to-day store operations
- Effectively manage inventory and maintain visual merchandise standards
- Provide ongoing training and development with the team

Key Skills & Experience:

- Retail management experience a must, preferably in a premium environment
- Proven ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- A customer centric approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisation and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
