A bit about your new role;

As part of the ACT Management structure, you will do more than meet key requirements; you will lead a high-performing team, elevate your coaching and mentoring talents and contribute significantly to the company's overacting objectives.

Achieving strong sales through a personalised customer experience, as well as showcasing a high level of culture and team spirit by leading from the front.

You will ensure the store is immaculately presented, and merchandised to captivate the customer's attention.

You will be required to support your team and customers, by working a roster that includes some of the key trading times - eg. Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays.

Skills and Experience;

You will bring with you, leadership that shines like the amazing pieces that you will be selling, as well as a history in consultative sales. Embark on an exciting career where your customer interactions are memorable.

To secure an interview with our client you will need to have & demonstrate,

• Have a minimum of 12 months in consultative retail management
• Have mentored t& developed teams of 4 + in consultative sales environments
• A customer-centric focus and pride yourself teams results in this area
• Previous experience in jewellery is highly desirable, and a passionate for the industry is essential
• Professionally personal presentation and grooming
