We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail Jewellery store sales and admin person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury jewellery and a strong background in sales and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing aspects of our company’s jewellery sales and operations. You will ensure the aesthetics of the showroom, and products as well as assist customers. There will be opportunities to explore your creative side by designing custom-made pieces for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice and document scanning and record keeping.
- Ensuring that all merchandise is priced accurately, appropriately labelled and displayed.
- Providing customers with product knowledge and advice on jewellery selection to help them make informed buying decisions.
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the store
- Administration, POS, Qreport insurance, and Website maintenance.
- Email Management
- Photography and editing for social media.
- Custom design consultations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- An interest in marketing and photography
- Social media experience
